Restoration and Conversion:

We specialise in Regency and and period property restoration, including stonework renovation, natural and man-made slatework, ironwork, decorative plasterwork, mouldings and fireplaces, with experienced craftsmen carrying out restoration works to a high standard.

Barn Conversions:

We have converted a number of neglected and derelict Cotswold Stone barns and enjoyed working closely with clients, architects, structural engineers and tradesmen to create unique dwellings which maintain the barns’ original character.

Our enthusiasm for the vision, design and traditional craftsmanship demanded for such projects, combined with the quality of our work, has led to numerous referrals from satisfied customers.

New Buildings:

We are able to provide a design and build service for the creation of commercial, municipal and residential buildings.

We have the capacity to provide architectural expertise, building specifications, construction supervisors and contracting services.

Development:

With the building experience of our management team, it is natural that we should, from time to time, develop our own projects. Over the years, Thomas Holding Ltd has developed and built a number of individual houses to a high specification which, we believe, have been well received in their locations in Cheltenham and neighbouring areas.
