We have successfully completed many contracts for local authorities
which have included the building and renovation of schools, public
monuments and municipal buildings, and we are currently completing
Phase 3 of the prestigious renovation project to Christchurch,
in Cheltenham.
Established in Cheltenham in1986, we have experience in all types
of building works from Cotswold barn conversions to new houses,
flat conversions, and office buildings,and all aspects of renovation
and conservation work, roofing and stonework.
Recent works have included the extensive remedial, restoration
and conversion into six luxury flats at 102, London Road, Cheltenham;
a meeting room and reception extension at St John's Church, Churchdown;
the Abbeyfield Community Centre at Winchcombe; The Clipping
Barn and three other barn conversions at Bidfield Farm, Birdlip;
the Arlington
Barn conversion at Ablington, near Bibury and another at Edgeworth,
near Stroud, all for clients.
We have also recently undertaken the renovation of an historic four-storey
town house in Tewkesbury; the conversion of a large Victorian house
into six flats in Pittville, Cheltenham; upgrading and converting
a large town house in St George's Road into two and three bedroom
flats with the construction of two new town houses on the same site,
all under contract.
Our own developments have included a prestigious detached house
on Cleeve Hill involving the
demolition of a derelict property and major groundwork re-enforcement;
the sympathetic construction of two new waterside properties in
Tewkesbury; and we are currently developing five three-storey town
houses at Ryeworth Road in Charlton Kings, Cheltenham.
