Managing Director
Tom
has a passion for good buildings, old or new. The depth and breadth
of his experience is born of his involvement in many and various
projects over more than 30 years.
His personal involvement in many of the projects demonstrates his
commitment to ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards.
He has built a dedicated management team who share his values and
outlook.
Mike Nash
Contracts Director

Following the family tradition in the construction industry, Mike
Nash firstly learned his trade at a major PLC, rising to site manager,
before joining us in 1989 as Site Manager. He became Contracts Manager
in 1992.
Mike's work motto - "quality workmanship with a friendly outlook
- problem solved."
Peter Lipinski
Quantity Surveyor and Site Manager

Peter Lipinski trained with John Laing Construction from 1977 to
1981 following which he spent eight years working as estimator and
surveyor for local building firm, B J Coldrick. He became director
of his own company between 1986 and 1996 when he joined Thomas Holding
Limited as Estimator and Site Manager, bringing with him his management
experience and a thorough knowledge of the building industry.
Rod Thurland
Site Manager

Rod started his career in 1970 when he joined a local construction
firm as an apprentice carpenter/joiner. He has stayed within the
industry working on many different contracts in both the public
and private sectors. He joined Thomas Holding Ltd in January 1998
as a working foreman for a 20 week contract for the Local Authority
and has been with them ever since. His position is now Site Manager,
controlling labour and materials as well as dealing with clients,
architects, local services and authorities on some of our major
contracts.
Mark Nutting
Financial and Office Manager

Having trained locally as a Chartered Accountant with a regional
firm, Mark's expertise in this aspect of management of small to
medium size firms has been invaluable to the steady development
of Thomas Holding Ltd since 1985. Mark deals with the company's
administrative function and also offers a consultancy service for
others in business.
Health and Safety
With the current requirements for improved health
and safety practices demanded by government, local authorities and
throughout industry in general, we are pleased to be achieving Health
and Safety Executive standards.
